West Cottage is a very popular cottage due to the large downstairs living area and good sized bedrooms.

Decor: West Cottage is carpeted throughout apart from vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. It is decorated in attractive country style with white walls. Pictures in all the rooms are original works and often for sale.

	Living Room: About 5.9m x 4.5m. Fully upholstered terracotta coloured two and three seater sofas, occasional tables, an attractive flame gas fire supplements electric storage heating. There is wall lighting and standard lights, books and an Afgan rug. The open staircase leads from the living room and affords a good size understair area with a double sofabed.
Kitchen/Dining Room: This room houses a substantial dining table with matching dining chairs. An island unit separates the kitchen which has plenty of storage and a four hob gas cooker and electric fan oven. The room is about 3.7m x 4.7m.
	Bedroom 1: This newly re-furnished room has a wooden king-size bed with white cotton bedlinen. Matching chest of drawers, bedside tables and mirror complete the look, and there is also a built-in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. The room is a generous 4.5m x 3.5m. The window has a blackout roller blind as well as curtains to keep out the morning sun until you are ready to wake up.
Bedroom 2: With fresh, modern bedlinen on the twin beds and matching curtains this is a large 4.5m x 2.5m twin bedroom. Again a built-in cupboard and dressing table/chest of drawers provide good storage space. Blackout blinds keep the children (or adults!) asleep for longer. There is a comfortable chair-bed which can be made into and additional single bed. Both bedrooms have room for an additional folding bed. In bedroom 2 the beds may be stacked to form a bunk beds.

Bathroom: The modernised bathroom contains a WC, wash basin with lever taps and bath with lever taps and an over-bath shower. The flooring is a quality wood effect vinyl and the 1.9m x 3.8m room is lit with halogen downlighters with an overbasin shaving light.

Heating: All rooms, except the kitchen, have electric storage heaters. There is a radiant balanced flue gas fire in the living room.

Electrical equipment: Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player, radio, vacuum cleaner, iron, electric blankets, hairdryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Outside Parking : The cottage is near the car park and there is space immediately outside the cottage where a car may be drawn up for loading and unloading.

Patio : There is a stone flagged patio area with two bench seats and a small table. There is space for the portable barbecue.
